The agreement between KGT Solutions and the NBFC or HFC that uses Koshtaq, everyone who uses Koshtaq under its account, and everyone who visits this website.

Last updated 20 October 2026Privacy Policy

1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between Kujata Global Technologies Private Limited, trading as KGT Solutions, a company registered in India (CIN U72100AP2020PTC116611) (“KGT”, “we”, “us”), and:

  • anyone who uses this website, and
  • the NBFC, HFC or other organisation that licenses or subscribes to Koshtaq (the “Customer”), along with every person who uses Koshtaq under the Customer's account (a “User”).

By using this website, requesting a demo, or signing in to or using Koshtaq, you agree to these terms.

A signed agreement comes first

If a signed agreement, order form or licence exists between KGT and the Customer, it takes priority wherever it and these terms differ.

2.What Koshtaq is

Koshtaq is lender allocation software for Indian NBFCs and housing finance companies. Every month it assigns each loan in the book to one lender's hypothecation pool under that lender's eligibility rules, blocks any loan from being pledged to two lenders, and produces lender schedules with a full audit trail. It runs on the NBFC's own servers, beside its loan management system. Koshtaq is built by KGT Solutions.

Features may change over time. We will tell Customers before removing a feature they rely on.

3.Who can use it

  • Users must be at least 18 years old and authorised by the Customer.
  • The person who requests a demo, a trial run or a licence for an organisation confirms they are authorised to do so.
  • The Customer decides who gets access to Koshtaq and which role each person has.

4.Accounts and security

  • Keep your sign-in details private. Do not share accounts.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • If you think your account has been misused, tell the Customer's Koshtaq administrator straight away. Write to connect@kgt.solutions if you need our help.
  • The Customer is responsible for removing access for people who leave or change roles.
  • The Customer runs the servers, network and backups that Koshtaq is installed on, and is responsible for keeping them secure.

5.The Customer's responsibilities

The Customer:

  • Is responsible for the personal data in its Koshtaq system, as the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act. This includes having a valid basis for processing it and giving the required notices.
  • Will enter accurate loan data and keep it up to date.
  • Is responsible for setting up each lender's rules in Koshtaq to match its agreement with that lender, and for reviewing each month's allocation before sending schedules to lenders.
  • Will follow its lender agreements, RBI directions and the other laws that apply to it when using Koshtaq.

6.Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Upload viruses or harmful code, or try to break into, overload or disrupt this website or Koshtaq.
  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, rent or sublicense Koshtaq, or use it beyond what the Customer's licence or subscription allows.
  • Impersonate anyone, or send us someone else's personal data without the right to do so.
  • Use this website or Koshtaq in any way that breaks Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules under it.

We may suspend support or website access where these rules are broken. Where possible, we will tell the Customer first.

7.Demos and trial runs

Demos

Demos run on sample data. Booking one does not commit you to anything.

A trial run on your own data

If the Customer shares a sample of its loan book for a trial run, we handle it under a written agreement covering what is shared, how it is protected, and when it is deleted or returned.

8.Fees

  • Fees, whether Koshtaq is licensed or subscribed to, the billing cycle and any included support period are as set out in the Customer's order form or our written quote.
  • Fees are payable in Indian Rupees and exclude GST, which will be added as applicable.
  • Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless agreed in writing.
  • If fees are not paid within 30 days of the due date, we may pause support and updates after giving 15 days' notice. The Customer's data stays on its own servers throughout.
  • We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing recurring fees.

9.Installation, support and updates

  • We install Koshtaq with the Customer's IT team, set up its lenders and rules with the treasury team, and show Users how to use it, as described in the order form.
  • Fixes and updates are shipped as versioned releases that the Customer's IT team deploys.
  • Live access to the Customer's system is granted by the Customer, one session at a time, and is recorded in its audit log.
  • Support is available by email at connect@kgt.solutions and by phone at +91 87968 47991 during business hours (IST).
  • Response times or service levels apply only if set out in a signed agreement.

10.Ownership

  • The Customer owns its data. Loan data, lender terms, rules and schedules in Koshtaq belong to the Customer, not to us.
  • When we handle the Customer's data, for support or a trial run, we use it only to provide that service and keep it secure.
  • We own Koshtaq itself, including the software, design, name and logo. The Customer gets a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Koshtaq on the terms of its licence or subscription.
  • If you send us suggestions, we may use them to improve Koshtaq without any obligation to you.

11.Data protection

When we process the Customer's personal data, for example during a support session or a trial run, we do so as its Data Processor, only on its instructions, in line with our Privacy Policy. We will:

  • Keep it secure with reasonable security safeguards.
  • Only use service providers bound by written contracts.
  • Inform the Customer of any personal data breach without delay.
  • Help the Customer respond to requests from people exercising their DPDP Act rights.
  • Delete or return the data when the work is done, as our agreement sets out.

12.Website content and results

Content on this website describes Koshtaq and is provided for information. It is not legal, regulatory, accounting or investment advice.

Figures from a live deployment, such as those in the case study, were measured at one Indian NBFC and are published with their source. They describe that deployment and are not a promise of the same results elsewhere.

13.Warranties and availability

We work to keep this website available and running well, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Koshtaq runs on the Customer's servers, so its availability also depends on the Customer's infrastructure.

To the extent the law allows, and unless a signed agreement says otherwise, this website and Koshtaq are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a purpose we have not agreed to in writing.

A tool, not a substitute for review

Koshtaq is an allocation and record-keeping tool. It does not replace the Customer's own review of its lender agreements, its treasury and credit decisions, legal advice, or its regulatory reporting.

14.Liability and indemnity

To the extent the law allows, and unless a signed agreement says otherwise:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data caused by the Customer's own actions or systems.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

The Customer will compensate us for losses we suffer because of claims from third parties caused by the Customer breaking these terms or the law.

15.Ending the agreement

  • How the agreement ends, any notice period or minimum term, and what happens to the Customer's right to use Koshtaq are set out in the order form or signed agreement.
  • Koshtaq's data is on the Customer's own servers, so the Customer keeps it. There is nothing to export from us, and no fee for it.
  • If we hold any of the Customer's data, we delete or return it as our agreement sets out, except where the law requires us to keep it.

16.Changes to these terms

If we make an important change, we will tell Customers at least 30 days before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. An update to this page does not change a signed agreement.

17.Law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to settle it by talking for 30 days.
  • If that does not work, the dispute will be settled by arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration will be Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and the language will be English.
  • Subject to arbitration, the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.

18.General

  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • Neither side is responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or internet failures, or government action.
  • The Customer cannot transfer its licence or subscription to another organisation without our written agreement. We may transfer these terms if our business or Koshtaq is sold or merged, and will tell the Customer.
  • Notices to us go to connect@kgt.solutions. Notices to the Customer go to the email address it gave us.
  • Not acting on a breach does not mean we give up our rights.
